Would you like to host a scheduled event? This application form is for gaming, panels or other events hosted in the convention space at Furcationland.
Gaming events may be tabletop sessions, videogame tournaments, scheduled play, or any prescheduled activity hosted in the gaming room.
Panels bring together both enthusiasts and experts in a more focused event space. They may be for sharing dialogue around a favorite fandom media, teaching a particular craft or just meeting up with your fellow species! If you are passionate about sharing your knowledge or if you love to entertain an audience, we encourage you to apply.
- You (the application's primary contact) must be 18 years or older as of the first day of the convention. If you are a minor and would like to host an event, please ask your parent/guardian to reach out to [email protected].
- You may have up to 4 hosts for an event listed on the schedule.
- All event hosts agree to purchase registration before the release of the schedule on or before March 15.
- Event titles and descriptions will be edited for punctuation, clarity and length. Our response to your application will include a copy of the final schedule text for your review.
- While we will strive to satisfy all special equipment requests, we cannot guarantee them. The amenities and equipment provided for your event will be listed in our response accepting your event. You agree that you will still be able to host the panel if requested equipment is not available.
- Accepted event hosts will be invited to join a Telegram group prior to the convention to collaborate directly with members of the Programming and Gaming departments.
- Voice amplification in the gaming room is being pursued but not guaranteed at this time.
- You are expected to provide any games needed for your event unless stated otherwise. For questions regarding the convention's gaming library, please reach out to [email protected].
Event applications will be reviewed throughout the winter season and we may reach out via email with clarifying questions. Acceptances will be sent in the week following the application deadline.

At midnight on the night of February 20th applications will no longer be able to be submitted.
