Lights, camera, anchor! We are making waves this year with a brand new
addition to the manifest: a film festival!
We're casting a wide net for creativity and inviting all attendees to submit
their original short films. Whether you are a seasoned director or a deckhand
with a vision, we want to see your cinematic "catch of the day."
Join us as we dim the dock lights and illuminate the screen with the finest
moving pictures our community has to offer.
At midnight on the night of March 6th applications will no longer
be able to be submitted.
